DES MOINES - The Iowa Board of Regents has put out the members of the new University of Northern Iowa Presidential Search and Screen Committee.

The group's goal is to identify finalists for the board's consideration to be the next president of UNI.

The committee will be co-chaired by regent President Pro Tem Katie Mulholland and Daniel Power.

Regents had received a considerable amount of criticism over how it handled the search for the next president of the University of Iowa. They tapped businessman Bruce Harreld, who starts his first full school year this week.

The search committee will hold its first meeting on August 29th on the UNI campus.
