DES MOINES - Spring is in the air here in central Iowa and many are anxious to get out and garden.
Saturday the "Iowa Flower, Lawn, and Garden Show" presented more than 3000 booths at the Iowa State Fairgrounds.
From patio furniture to fencing and sun rooms, consumers took in plenty of new ideas for their own backyard.
There was also an educational seminar and plenty of helpful advice from outdoor experts.
"We got a lot going and were just excited about the attitude of the people its always been good I've done a lot of these shows in the past 15 years and they just get better and better," said Jerry Kluver.
Also at the show, 10 landscape displays in which the public voted on for the people's choice award for their favorite landscapes.
