DES MOINES - The Iowa Utilities Board is meeting this week for an oral argument proceeding.
It's regarding the emergency motion filed with the board on Monday by Iowa landowners who want the board to stay enforcement of its March decision in the Dakota Access pipeline.
Oral arguments will be heard starting at 10 a.m. on Thursday in the John Norris Hearing Room at the Board’s offices, 1375 East Court Avenue in Des Moines.
