Poppe's first song of the night was Sinéad O'Connor's (later performed by Prince) "Nothing Compares 2 U", in which Poppe played the piano.

She finished her night by playing electric guitar while singing "If It Makes You Happy" by Sheryl Crowe.

Joining Poppe in the Top 5 are Michael J. Woodard, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Gabby Barrett and Cade Foehner.

Jurnee and Catie Turner were eliminated from the show.

Local 5's Elias Johnson and Mario Rossi will be traveling to Los Angeles to see what it takes to prepare for the big stage and see the Top 5's live performances.

"American Idol" can be seen Sunday nights at 7 p.m. on Local 5
