WEST DES MOINES - A massage therapist from West Des Moines is accused of making sexual advances and inappropriate comments toward a client or co-worker.
Timothy Williams, of West Des Moines, is charged with unethical conduct by way of engaging in improper sexual contact with, or making suggestive or improper remarks or advances to a client or co-worker.
According to documents from the Iowa Board of Massage Therapy, Williams groped an employee and made advances toward a client while he was performing a massage.
Williams was issued a notice to appear at a hearing on May 17th regarding the charges.
According to the document, Williams' license to practice massage therapy is still active, and remains so through August 2018.
