DES MOINES, Ia. - The Slaughterhouse haunted house attraction is returning to the metro for the first time in 3 years.
This time it's taking up a permanent residence at the old Iowa Paint Factory on Indiana Avenue in Des Moines.
Our Brandon Lawrence got a chance to preview the haunted house and even got a chance to speak with the foreman of the Slaughterhouse, Trig Bigs.
The fun all kicks off this Friday, October 6th and runs every Friday and Saturday through October. They'll also be open on select Thursdays and Sundays throughout the month.
Event organizers say there will be a full security staff on site the night of the haunts, too.
