PELLA, Iowa — A sure sign of spring in Iowa is the first bloom of tulips in Pella.
Normally, community leaders and Iowans everywhere would be preparing for the annual Pella Tulip Time Festival.
Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the cancellation of this May's festivities.
That won't stop the beautiful flowers from growing, though!
