DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines police responded to a shooting in Des Moines just before 7:30 Thursday evening near 1401 Walker, Elks Club.
Des Moines fire told Local 5 that two people were shot in the incident.
One victim is in serious condition, Local 5 is told the other person suffered minor injuries.
DSM fire told Local 5 that a suspect is in custody and police are still active on the scene.
Responders on the scene told Local 5 that there is no ongoing threat.
