WEST DES MOINES – President Donald Trump will be in Iowa next month to attend a private fundraiser.
According to the Republican Party of Iowa, Trump will be in West Des Moines on June 11.
“We are thrilled to welcome the President back to the heart of Trump country, where Iowans are proud of his ground-breaking policies that have brought 5.4 million new jobs, lower taxes, and fair trade deals for American farmers and manufacturers,” said Jeff Kaufmann, chair of the Iowa GOP.
Local 5 had spoken to leaders with the Renewable Fuels Association to ask about a possible presidential visit after the EPA announces information about E-15 and renewable fuels. The IRFA could not confirm at the time of our interview that Trump would be in Iowa to speak about an announcement regarding renewable fuels.
