BROOKLYN – The reward to bring back Mollie Tibbetts safely has climbed up to $260,000 in less than a week.

According to a spokesman for Crime Stoppers of Central Iowa, the reward money is now at $260,000, and climbing. Since Monday, Crime Stoppers has shard more than 200 tips with police working on the missing 20-year-old’s case. All tips are anonymous, under the Crime Stoppers’ policy.

There is now a PayPal link under the Mollie Tibbetts tab for those of the public that would like another option to contribute to the reward fund.

There is also an app for individuals to submit a tip. Information for how to download the app is on the Crime Stoppers website. All the tips go through the P3 software and are encrypted and scrubbed.

Mollie’s family continues to believe that she is alive, according to the Crime Stoppers spokesman. They believe that someone has her. Mollie has not been seen since July 18.
