Student in custody after calling in threat to Four Mile Elementary School

PLEASANT HILL — A threat was made to Four Mile Elementary School Wednesday morning around 9 a.m.

The Pleasant Hill Police Department began investigating the threat immediately, according to a press release from the city.

During the investigation, a student was identified to have made the threat and was taken into police custody. All students and staff remained safe while the Pleasant Hill Police Department investigated the threat.

The student was moved to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
