WESTERN IOWA – In 2018, eight Iowan cyclists were killed in vehicle versus bike crashes. This year, RAGBRAI held its Mile of Silence to remember those bikers.
Music, chatter, and yells were silenced for a mile. Each victim had their names posted along this part of the route between Underwood and Neola.
