Honoring the life of Mollie Tibbetts brought in people from far beyond her hometown of Brooklyn, Iowa.
The University of Iowa student who would have turned 21 on Wednesday, and was well-known for her caring personality and generosity.
“Mollie was a kind person that loved children, loved people, loving putting other people in front of herself,” said Joy VanLandschoot.
Mollie’s Movement, an effort to do good and be kind to others through 21 acts of kindness, received thousands of “kindness cards” to do just that.
